By accessing or using AI Wrapped ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Wrapped is a free, browser-based tool that analyzes AI chat exports (from ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) to generate personalized cognitive profiles, knowledge graphs, and shareable statistics. All data processing occurs entirely within your web browser.

3. No Account Required

AI Wrapped does not require account creation, login, or any personal information. You may use the Service anonymously.

4. User Data & Privacy

Your AI conversation data is processed exclusively in your browser. We do not upload, store, transmit, or access your conversation data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary rights to your chat export data.
• Your data is processed locally and not retained after you close the browser tab.
• We have no access to or responsibility for your uploaded files.

5. Intellectual Property

AI Wrapped's code, design, analysis algorithms, and branding are the intellectual property of AI Wrapped. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission.

Any personalized results (Wrapped cards, stats, graphs) generated by the Service are yours to share freely.

6. Advertising

AI Wrapped displays advertisements via Google AdSense. These ads are contextual and are not based on your conversation content. By using the Service, you consent to the display of advertisements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of personality types, cognitive offload scores, cost estimates, or other analysis results. These are statistical estimates for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Wrapped shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to analyze.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of proprietary algorithms.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
